Study Objective
To estimate the pooled prevalence of postpartum anemia in Ethiopia and identify factors associated with its prevalence among postpartum women in public health facilities.

Short Abstract
This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to synthesize studies on postpartum anemia in Ethiopia. The pooled prevalence of anemia among postpartum women was 69%. Factors significantly associated with anemia included low pre-delivery hemoglobin levels, poor iron and folic acid adherence, lack of formal education, and limited antenatal care visits. The findings highlight the need for comprehensive, targeted interventions and better healthcare access for postpartum women in Ethiopia.
