Study Objective
To assess the use and impact of the Endometriosis Health Profiles (EHP-30 and EHP-5) in measuring the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes in women with endometriosis across clinical, surgical, and psychometric contexts.

Short Abstract
This systematic review examines the deployment of the EHPs in clinical studies, evaluating their effectiveness in assessing HRQoL in women with endometriosis. The review covers a wide range of interventions including medical, surgical, and holistic treatments, revealing the positive impacts of interventions on quality of life but also identifying the need for more studies in ethnically diverse groups and routine clinical care.
