Study Objective
To present Hodges’ model as a conceptual framework that integrates reflection, critical thinking, and knowledge structuring in health, particularly within the context of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and public health.

Short Abstract
This study introduces Hodges' model, designed to integrate care across various health disciplines. The framework helps practitioners reflect on healthcare challenges and links them with SDGs to promote universal health coverage. Through four quadrants—sciences, interpersonal, sociology, and political—the model helps align health interventions, environmental protection, and social justice. Using examples like nutrition, the paper illustrates how the model can promote reflective practice and critical thinking in healthcare.
