It summarizes 28 studies published between 2013 and 2021, focusing on the environmental, economic, socio-cultural, and health dimensions of sustainability. The review identifies gaps, particularly in the socio-cultural dimension, and suggests methodological improvements to provide a more holistic assessment of the MedDiet's sustainability.
