This scoping review investigates the various methods used to assess the nutritional sustainability of the Mediterranean Diet. It summarizes 28 studies published between 2013 and 2021, focusing on the environmental, economic, socio-cultural, and health dimensions of sustainability. The review identifies gaps, particularly in the socio-cultural dimension, and suggests methodological improvements to provide a more holistic assessment of the MedDiet's sustainability.
